Organic Green Shakshuka

Prosain offers a new interpretation of Chakchouka, an iconic dish of North African cuisine. Classically served with eggs, bread, and sheep's cheese, this dish offers a perfectly balanced flavor. Our green vegetable version includes tender leeks, spinach, and zucchini, subtly enhanced by a blend of carefully selected spices and aromatic herbs.

Our organic Shakshuka was designed to be served with eggs, bread, feta cheese and fresh herbs.

Instructions for making a "real" Shakshuka:

1. Pour the contents of the Prosain Red Chakchouka jar into a hot pan, and simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.

2. Make 4 wells and crack 4 eggs into them. Cook for 2 minutes, then cover and cook for 1 minute until the egg white is cooked and the yolk is runny.

3. Sprinkle with fresh coriander or parsley, and enjoy with bread and feta cheese.

The capacity of this jar allows you to prepare a meal for 2 people.

Once opened, we advise you to keep this jar of organic Green Shakshuka refrigerated and consume it quickly.
