This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect and process your personal data when you use the website www.monepiceriebio.fr (the “Site”) operated by FPA Distribution .

The Policy and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale form a contractual whole. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the General Terms and Conditions.



1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

FPA Distribution , SAS with a capital of €50,000, RCS Roanne 890 176 167, registered office: 367 Route Nationale 7, 42470 Saint-Symphorien-de-Lay (France), is responsible for the processing of data collected via the Site.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
  • Identification data : name, surname, postal address, email, telephone, country.
  • Order data : products ordered, amount, delivery/billing address, purchase history.
  • Payment data : processed by our service providers via Shopify Payments (card type, last 4 digits, status) — we do not have access to the full card number.
  • Connection and browsing data : IP address, logs, pages viewed, browsers/devices, cookies.
  • Relational data : exchanges with customer service, requests via forms, newsletter preferences.


3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS?
  • Contract execution : account management, orders, payment, delivery, after-sales service.
  • Legitimate interest : improvement of the Site and the offer, fraud prevention, securing transactions, aggregated statistics.
  • Legal obligations : accounting, legal guarantees, GDPR rights management.
  • Consent : sending newsletters and commercial communications, placement of certain non-essential cookies.


4. WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA?

Your data may be transmitted, strictly to the extent necessary, to:

  • Shopify Inc. (hosting, e-commerce platform) and Shopify Payments (payment),
  • Logistics providers and carriers (preparation/delivery),
  • Technical suppliers (support, maintenance, email marketing),
  • Competent authorities (legal obligation, fight against fraud).

Transfers outside the EU: Some service providers (including Shopify Inc., Canada/USA) may involve transfers outside the EU. These are based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, additional measures) in accordance with the GDPR.



5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
  • Account/customer : during the contractual relationship, then up to 3 years after the last contact for marketing purposes (if no objection).
  • Orders and invoices : 10 years (accounting obligations).
  • Marketing/newsletter : until withdrawal of consent or 3 years after the last contact.
  • Technical logs : a few months, depending on security/operational needs.
  • Cookies : variable lifespan (see Cookies section); trackers subject to consent expire at the latest 13 months.


6. COOKIES AND TRACKERS

We use cookies to:

  • to ensure the proper functioning of the Site (shopping cart, session, security),
  • measure audience and improve the experience,
  • personalize certain content and enable social sharing.
