GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE
The website www.monepiceriebio.fr (the "Site") is published and operated by FPA Distribution , SAS with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the RCS of Roanne under number 890 176 167 , whose registered office is located at 367 Route Nationale 7, 42470 Saint-Symphorien-de-Lay .
Intra-community VAT number: FR76890176167.
These general terms and conditions (the “General Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between FPA Distribution (the “Seller”) and any natural or legal person (the “Customer”) making a purchase on the Site.
Placing an order on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
The Products offered are intended for Customers residing in France, Belgium and Luxembourg .
FPA Distribution takes great care in describing and presenting the Products (product descriptions, photos). However, these elements are not contractually binding.
Offers are valid as long as they appear on the Site, subject to availability. In the event of a stock shortage, the Customer will be informed promptly and may accept a substitute product or request a refund.
ARTICLE 3 – REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
To place an order on the Site, the Customer must:
- to have full legal capacity,
- create a customer account with accurate information,
- accept these General Terms and Conditions.
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for the use of their account.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
The Customer follows the online process: selection of Products, addition to cart, validation of information, payment.
Before confirming, he can check the details of his order and correct any errors.
Final validation implies acceptance of the price and the Products ordered.
A confirmation email summarizes the order.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICE
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation and are billed separately.
FPA Distribution may change its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
It is done via Shopify Payments (credit card, Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
The Client's bank details are secure and do not pass through the Site.
All orders become final after payment confirmation.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
Delivery is available in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The Products are sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer. In the event of an incorrect address, the Customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipment.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund.
Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the package and report any anomalies to the carrier and the Seller.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.
Exceptions:
- Products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly,
- Products unsealed by the Customer for hygiene or health protection reasons.
In the event of a return, the Products must be returned unused, complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the Products or proof of shipment.
ARTICLE 9 – OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
The Products remain the property of FPA Distribution until full payment is received.
The risks (loss, damage) are transferred to the Customer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 10 – GUARANTEES
The Client benefits from the legal guarantees:
- legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code),
- warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
All requests should be addressed to FPA Distribution's customer service department.
ARTICLE 11 – SITE AVAILABILITY
FPA Distribution makes every effort to ensure access to the Site.
It cannot be held responsible in the event of an interruption related to the Internet, maintenance or force majeure.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
FPA Distribution cannot be held liable in the event of fault on the part of the Client, unforeseeable act of a third party or case of force majeure (strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.).
ARTICLE 13 – EVIDENCE AND ARCHIVING
FPA Distribution's electronic records constitute reliable and durable evidence of orders and payments.
ARTICLE 14 – PERSONAL DATA
The Client's personal data is processed by FPA Distribution in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy.
The Client has the right to access, rectify, object to, port and delete their data.

ARTICLE 15 – HYPERLINKS
The Site may contain links to other sites. FPA Distribution accepts no responsibility for their content.
ARTICLE 16 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
ARTICLE 17 – NOTIFICATIONS
All communications relating to these General Terms and Conditions must be sent to FPA Distribution by registered mail or email (see Article 21).
ARTICLE 18 – AUTONOMY OF CLAUSES
If one clause is declared void, the others continue to apply.
ARTICLE 19 – DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the Customer must first contact FPA Distribution's customer service.
If this fails, he can resort to a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the law.
ARTICLE 20 – APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The language of the contract is French.
