Orders and payment

Yes, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into preparation. In that case, simply contact us quickly via the contact form , indicating your order number. Our team will take the necessary steps to cancel or modify it. Once the order is being prepared, it is no longer possible to reverse the process.
Your invoices are available directly from your customer account . In the "My Orders" section, you can download the invoice for each purchase. This allows you to easily keep them for your records or for a possible refund.
Delivery
We prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours, then Colissimo ensures delivery within 48 hours , whether to your home or to a relay point .
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the region.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery costs depend on the chosen method and the amount of your order:
- Delivery to a Colissimo collection point : free for orders over €49 . Below this amount, a fee of €5.99 is applied.
- Home delivery with Colissimo : free for orders over €69 . For orders under €49, the cost is €9.99 . For orders between €49 and €58.99, the cost is €6.99 .
Currently, our products are shipped to mainland France and Corsica. We are actively working to expand our delivery area: Belgium and Luxembourg will be the next countries available, followed gradually by the entire European Union. The goal is simple: to allow as many people as possible to enjoy our products, wherever they are in Europe.
Yes, each package has a tracking number . As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email allowing you to track your order step by step until its delivery.
If a product is missing or damaged, simply contact our customer service department using the contact form , attaching a photo of the package if possible. We will quickly find the best solution: replacement, refund, or a goodwill gesture, depending on the situation.
Yes, delivery to a Colissimo pickup point is available in France, and soon in Belgium and Luxembourg. You can choose the most convenient pickup point for you when you confirm your order.

My Organic Grocery Store brings together products from five French brands committed to organic : Favrichon, Crosti, Prosain, Germline, and Atelier Sarrasin. The vast majority of our recipes are made in France , near our production sites. For certain ingredients that don't grow locally (such as cocoa, coffee, or some seeds), we work with certified, traceable, and responsible supply chains . This allows us to combine proximity, transparency, and quality.

Each product undergoes rigorous quality controls , from the selection of raw materials to placement on store shelves. Our local supply chains and trusted partners allow us to offer recipes that are healthy, delicious, and safe .
Shelf life varies depending on the product: cereals and dried goods generally keep for several months, while jarred products have a longer shelf life. In all cases, the best before date is clearly marked on the packaging to guarantee optimal consumption.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of a return. Products must be unopened, complete, and in their original packaging . For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of unsealed or opened products.
Simply contact our customer service department using the online form, providing your order number and the product reference. Our team will explain the procedure and provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part or defective product.
Once the products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days . The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order (Shopify Payments).
