Once drained, organic green lentils can be prepared in many ways!

Cold in salads, but also hot in soups or alongside grains, vegetables, tofu, fish, and meat, you can cook them in traditional recipes: salted pork with lentils, lentil and sausage stew… and even in a green lentil dahl, why not? See you soon in the kitchen!

Upon opening the jar, a brown coloration of the surface of the lentils may be observed due to oxidation; this does not alter the quality of the product in any way.
Once opened, we recommend keeping this jar of organic green lentils refrigerated and consuming them quickly. We don't want to waste a single lentil!
