Combining our culinary expertise with our convictions, we have reinvented the traditional Chili con carne as a vegetarian, meat-free version. This dish, inspired by Mexican and Texan traditions, is slowly simmered with kidney beans, soy protein, and a selection of vegetables, subtly enhanced with a blend of mild spices.

Warmed over low heat in a saucepan or frying pan, our vegetarian chili can be accompanied by the ingredients of your choice (rice, quinoa, wheat…).

We recommend enjoying it with fragrant rice and a dollop of crème fraîche for an extra touch of indulgence. Yum!
