Our apple puree with organic chestnut cream is made from fresh apples selected from French orchards and chestnut cream sourced from the Cévennes region. The apples are slowly cooked in our cannery in the Pyrénées-Orientales and then harmoniously blended with this smooth cream to create a puree with a velvety texture and an intensely indulgent flavor. A subtle addition of fair-trade vanilla delicately enhances this preparation for a refined and authentic taste.
