Mortadella, burrata and tomato basil pizza

Ingredients

For the topping

  • 1 homemade or store-bought pizza dough
  • Prosain organic tomato basil sauce
  • A few green olives
  • A few handfuls of arugula
  • Several slices of mortadella
  • 1 burrata
  • Pepper

For the homemade dough

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 sachet of dried yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml lukewarm water

Preparation

  1. For the homemade dough, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil and lukewarm water, then knead until you obtain a smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  5. Roll out the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Spread generously with the tomato basil sauce, then add the green olives.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, add the arugula, mortadella slices, and the burrata in the center.
  9. Finish with a grind of pepper and serve immediately.

Tip

Add the mortadella, arugula, and burrata only after baking to preserve their texture and freshness.
