Ingredients
- 120 g puffed cereal
- 180 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp hazelnut or almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate gently using a double boiler or the microwave.
- Add the nut butter and maple syrup, then mix until the preparation is perfectly smooth.
- Pour the puffed cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chocolate mixture and stir gently to coat all the cereal.
- Pour the mixture into a small square or rectangular pan lined with parchment paper.
- Press down lightly with the back of a spoon to form a compact layer.
- Sprinkle with a small pinch of fleur de sel.
- Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, until the chocolate is fully set.
- Remove from the mold and cut into squares before serving.
Tip
For an even more indulgent version, add a few crushed hazelnuts or almond slivers before putting the mixture in the fridge.
