Ingredients
- 1 pack of Germline wok vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 40 g grated cheese
- 1 small shallot
- 1 clove of garlic
- A few sprigs of chives
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- A drizzle of olive oil
For the sauce
- 120 g plain yogurt or fromage blanc
- A few sprigs of chives
- A few parsley leaves
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
- Drain the Germline wok vegetables thoroughly.
- Finely mince the shallot and garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs then add the flour, grated cheese, shallot, garlic, and paprika.
- Fold in the wok vegetables and chopped chives.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture into the pan and flatten slightly to form a small patty.
- Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the patties are golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, chives, and parsley.
- Serve the patties while still warm with the fresh herb sauce.
Tip
For even crispier patties, add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs to the mixture before cooking.
