Type: Dessert / Snack
Preparation time: 20 min + 3 hours freezing time
Servings: Approximately 8 squares

Ingredients

  • 150 g Favrichon Protein & Gourmet Red Fruit Muesli
  • 250 g Greek yogurt or skyr
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 60 g raspberries
  • 40 g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond or hazelnut butter
  • 1 pinch of vanilla, optional

Preparation

  1. Pour the muesli into a bowl and add the almond or hazelnut butter.
  2. Mix until the preparation is slightly sticky.
  3. Spread the mixture into the bottom of a small mold lined with parchment paper, then pack it down well to form an even base.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey or maple syrup and, if you wish, a pinch of vanilla.
  5. Pour the yogurt mixture over the muesli base.
  6. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
  7. Distribute the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top, pressing them slightly into the yogurt.
  8. Place the mold in the freezer for about 3 hours, until the whole thing is set.
  9. Take the preparation out a few minutes before cutting.
  10. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Tip

For even more texture, keep a few pieces of muesli and sprinkle them on top just before placing the squares in the freezer.
