Demeter Organic Apple Puree

The apples used for this purée are grown in the South of France according to the principles of Demeter-certified Biodynamic Agriculture. Sourced exclusively from French orchards, they are harvested at peak ripeness and carefully prepared in our cannery located in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Slow cooking guarantees a velvety texture and a flavor true to fresh fruit. This meticulous blend of varieties such as Chantecler, Golden Delicious, and Royal Gala gives this purée a perfect balance and a true expression of apple flavor.
